I have been studying Waiest Temple Martial Arts with Shihan Dorje for a little over a year now. My physical health has been greatly improved, and my mental and spiritual growth has enriched my life, Our group have all become friends, friends we know we can count on.
I am honored and excited to be a new student at Waiest Qigong. The classes are enriched with enlightened concepts and practices that have helped me in many ways. I am more grounded, awake and aware of the energy(chi) that surrounds us. I really enjoy the diversity in learning at Waiest Qigong.
One of the best decisions I've made is to go to this bearded hippy wizard's class. The books, classes, and random memes throughout the week have improved my life significantly. Highly recommend.
I have been studying Waiest Qigong under Shihan Dorja for many years. The Waiest Qigong books, writings, and meditation practices have lowered my stress levels and have helped calm me on a daily and personal level. I advise anyone that is search for inner piece to buy the Waiest Qigong course.
Your first tai chi class at Waiest Qigong & Bearded Hippie Wizard Art Studio
Nervous about walking into a tai chi class for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a gentle warm-up, then learning a few slow movements of the form, step by step — no pressure to get it perfect, and you can rest or sit whenever you need to. What to wear: loose, comfortable clothing you can move in, and flat, flexible shoes (some studios practice in socks or bare feet). What to bring: water, and that's about it — there's no equipment to buy. Arrive a few minutes early to say hello to the instructor and mention it's your first class. It comes together faster than you'd think — most people feel far more at ease by their second or third visit.
