From the reviews
The session really help me with some current pain in my legs and knees. I was struggling with some work issues, stress and acidity in my body; during the session I was able to find the cause and my higher self provide me with some guidance and advice, my life has been taken a turn on a positive direction.
I found the "Inner Higher Lighter Self" when searching for a local QHHT practitioner in the Charlotte area. I emailed Kieu-Linh asking about her services and she replied quickly with her phone number so she could address my questions personally. I found her very willing to talk to a new customer.
Kieu-Linh goes above and beyond with the quality and care she provides during her services. I’ve been to 3 sound healing and meditations now and every time is just the right reset and activation I needed that day. She really does connect me with my inner higher self and I am so grateful for this!
My experience with Kieu-Linh was very therapeutic and eye opening for me where I had shifts in my mentality and body that have helped me resolve some of my emotional traumas that I hadn't addressed.
Your first tai chi class at Inner Higher Lighter Self - QHHT | Sound Bath | Meditation | Qigong
Nervous about walking into a tai chi class for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a gentle warm-up, then learning a few slow movements of the form, step by step — no pressure to get it perfect, and you can rest or sit whenever you need to. What to wear: loose, comfortable clothing you can move in, and flat, flexible shoes (some studios practice in socks or bare feet). What to bring: water, and that's about it — there's no equipment to buy. Arrive a few minutes early to say hello to the instructor and mention it's your first class. It comes together faster than you'd think — most people feel far more at ease by their second or third visit.
