From the reviews

I had the pleasure of experiencing a Swedish massage with Zachary Fant who truly has a deep understanding and connection with the human body. Before the session, he took the time to listen to my concerns and understand my needs.

★★★★★ — Greg, Apr 2023

You have many choices when it comes to whole health care but there are only a few which can be considered one of the best. This is one of them. Zachary has truly found his niche. Zachary goes beyond the typical, lay on the table, is my pressure good, is the temperature comfortable for you.

★★★★★ — Sheila, Apr 2023

Wonderful experience! Zach focused on my plantar fasciitis and I can honestly say it helped. I was able to move more without pain over the next 2 weeks. He applied the right amount of pressure and made it easy for me to say when it became too much.

★★★★★ — J, Aug 2021

This was my first massage with Zachary and it was absolutely one of the best massages I've ever had. He is very professional and I left very refreshed & relaxed. I'm already planning for a return visit! Highly recommend.

Your first tai chi class at Fant Health Institute

Nervous about walking into a tai chi class for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a gentle warm-up, then learning a few slow movements of the form, step by step — no pressure to get it perfect, and you can rest or sit whenever you need to. What to wear: loose, comfortable clothing you can move in, and flat, flexible shoes (some studios practice in socks or bare feet). What to bring: water, and that's about it — there's no equipment to buy. Arrive a few minutes early to say hello to the instructor and mention it's your first class. It comes together faster than you'd think — most people feel far more at ease by their second or third visit.

Tai chi is gentle and low-impact, but it's still exercise, and the health notes here are general information, not medical advice. If you have any injuries or health concerns, mention them to the instructor before class, and check with your doctor before starting a new exercise program.
