From the reviews

I am so grateful I found Erin. I went to Erin after feeling really discouraged after doctors told me I wouldn't get pregnant without assisted reproductive technology due to a diminished ovarian reserve. Instead of taking the ART route I wanted to try to get pregnant naturally still.

I’ve always been a firm believer in Chinese medicine—especially after it helped regulate my thyroid years ago. But when I moved, I wasn’t sure where to go for continued care. After some research, Erin Kumpf came highly recommended, particularly for her expertise in fertility.

Erin is magical. She is so well versed on meridians and energy channels, I look forward to our appointment. I have been getting acupuncture since I was a kid, but never felt as though my doctor really understood me. Until I met Erin and her practice, she cares enough to go above and beyond for all her patients.

This review is long overdue! I have been seeing Erin since March to help with amenorrhea and TTC. She is AMAZING! She actually was the one who helped uncover my PCOS and has been instrumental in my treatment both physical and mental.

Your first tai chi class at EKAH - Erin Kumpf Acupuncture & Herbs

Nervous about walking into a tai chi class for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a gentle warm-up, then learning a few slow movements of the form, step by step — no pressure to get it perfect, and you can rest or sit whenever you need to. What to wear: loose, comfortable clothing you can move in, and flat, flexible shoes (some studios practice in socks or bare feet). What to bring: water, and that's about it — there's no equipment to buy. Arrive a few minutes early to say hello to the instructor and mention it's your first class. It comes together faster than you'd think — most people feel far more at ease by their second or third visit.

Tai chi is gentle and low-impact, but it's still exercise, and the health notes here are general information, not medical advice. If you have any injuries or health concerns, mention them to the instructor before class, and check with your doctor before starting a new exercise program.
