From the reviews
Cindy at You Are Magik is, well, magic. I've been seeing her for reiki and oracle card readings for almost a year now. Her physical space is gorgeous. Take a walk through a beautiful garden in San Jose to a serene tiny studio with serene lighting.
Cindy is absolutely amazing! She is super passionate about spiritual healing and always radiates good energy and vibes. She makes sure you are comfortable before and during the session and even shares any takeaways and advice afterwards to nourish your self-care.
I immediately felt safe and able to relax and surrender with Cindy. My Reiki experience was so easeful, Cindy has a light and clear presence that is loving and gentle, yet potent! The whole experience from start to end was well thought out with many wonderful unique touches, including very clear and grounded feedback.
Cindy is such a gift to the community! From beginning to end, my experience with her was comforting, healing, and downright powerful. I had never experienced Reiki before, and Cindy’s down to earth vibes helped keep me relaxed and opened to the experience.
Your first tai chi class at You Are Magik Wellness
Nervous about walking into a tai chi class for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a gentle warm-up, then learning a few slow movements of the form, step by step — no pressure to get it perfect, and you can rest or sit whenever you need to. What to wear: loose, comfortable clothing you can move in, and flat, flexible shoes (some studios practice in socks or bare feet). What to bring: water, and that's about it — there's no equipment to buy. Arrive a few minutes early to say hello to the instructor and mention it's your first class. It comes together faster than you'd think — most people feel far more at ease by their second or third visit.
