From the reviews
I had a great experience with Valley Spirit and owner, Kristin. I happened to call one day because I was looking for a yoga instructor to come to a house we had rented in the area for a bachelorette party. I got in touch with Kristin directly and told her a little bit about the weekend and what we were looking to do.
Valley Spirit is a gem in the heart of Washington Depot. The yoga instructors are top notch, there are a variety of classes for all different level of practitioners, and the center itself just beams with positive energy. They have wonderful, personally curated products and books and specially heated massage beds.
Omg! This is an amazing place. I highly recommend coming to this wonderful magical place! The energy is just incredible!
Simply the best! The staff is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and warm. Products are wonderful. Great place to stop in and look around or take a class. Great for novices and experienced yoga, meditation and more! LOVE THEM!
Your first tai chi class at Valley Spirit Wellness Center
Nervous about walking into a tai chi class for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a gentle warm-up, then learning a few slow movements of the form, step by step — no pressure to get it perfect, and you can rest or sit whenever you need to. What to wear: loose, comfortable clothing you can move in, and flat, flexible shoes (some studios practice in socks or bare feet). What to bring: water, and that's about it — there's no equipment to buy. Arrive a few minutes early to say hello to the instructor and mention it's your first class. It comes together faster than you'd think — most people feel far more at ease by their second or third visit.
