From the reviews
I started taking Tai Chi lessons at Brookfield Tai Chi last spring and was so glad I did. Vinny is an excellent and patient teacher. He teaches the history of Tai Chi along with the movements which makes it extra meaningful. Since taking Tai Chi lessons I have felt better both physically and mentally. Highly recommend.
Sifu Vinny is a very serious "master of Tai Chi". If you are serious about learning the style, he is the answer! Everyone has their own style, but from his training which is then passed down to you, you will learn the "correct" moves. Highly recommend for anyone who is interested in the practice.
Practicing Tai Chi has improved my health greatly, and Master Vinny is a patient and dedicated teacher. They offer many classes throughout the week that are tailored to people’s variety of skill levels and ages. Very affordable; highly recommend!
A warm, welcoming, enjoyable, and enlightening place. Rigorous but never competitive or intimidating. Vinny has deep knowledge of Tai Chi. I learn a lot every time, and always feel great after class
Your first tai chi class at Brookfield Tai Chi LLC
Nervous about walking into a tai chi class for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a gentle warm-up, then learning a few slow movements of the form, step by step — no pressure to get it perfect, and you can rest or sit whenever you need to. What to wear: loose, comfortable clothing you can move in, and flat, flexible shoes (some studios practice in socks or bare feet). What to bring: water, and that's about it — there's no equipment to buy. Arrive a few minutes early to say hello to the instructor and mention it's your first class. It comes together faster than you'd think — most people feel far more at ease by their second or third visit.
