From the reviews
It is very hard to find a place where you can find a healing professional that has the talents, the knowledge, the wisdom and also has passion for helping people. You can find some of them online but if you want to meet one onsite definitely Dr. Freddy is one of them.
My experience with Dr. Freddy has been good. His way to work is integrative and with a holistic aproach customizing treatments to your needs. He is emphatic, very knowledgeable, and concern about your healing. I recommend dr. Freddy for any health issue that you might have.
I can’t describe how grateful I am for this place. It’s come to the point where if anything is wrong with me I give Doctor Freddy a call. Doctor Freddy has been a huge part of my recovery from a life changing back injury.
Dr.Freddy is a Wonder Worker, he’s attentive and listens. I have made such significant progress within one month of treatment with him compared to a year of chiropractic and months of physical therapy. The simplicity of each session produces huge strides in recovery, I’m grateful to have this alternative option.
Your first tai chi class at The Qi House
Nervous about walking into a tai chi class for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a gentle warm-up, then learning a few slow movements of the form, step by step — no pressure to get it perfect, and you can rest or sit whenever you need to. What to wear: loose, comfortable clothing you can move in, and flat, flexible shoes (some studios practice in socks or bare feet). What to bring: water, and that's about it — there's no equipment to buy. Arrive a few minutes early to say hello to the instructor and mention it's your first class. It comes together faster than you'd think — most people feel far more at ease by their second or third visit.
