From the reviews
I’m a preschool teacher and met Sifu Vitaly 11 years ago when he taught martial arts at our school. Students loved in him and his karate classes. Sifu is very professional and passionate about the martial arts he teaches. I'm really happy about his new school, Vital Martial Arts Academy.
Vital is a great teacher. He has an amazing ability to motivate and encourage his students in a positive manner. He is a kind and dedicated to getting his students to reach their full potential. Being in his wushu class has improved my daughter’s endurance, strength, flexibility and most of all confidence.
It is an excellent practice for your body, mind and soul. The ambient and the Master are wonderful. He has full knowledge and skills for teaching. I am very grateful🙏
Our 6-year old son has taken kung fu here for a number of months now. Vitaly has a brilliant way to engage the youngsters with props and bouncy mats; they have a blast. And the older students are often present and will lead some of the drills, which creates a great overall learning environment.
Your first tai chi class at Vital Martial Arts Academy | Summer Camp
Nervous about walking into a tai chi class for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a gentle warm-up, then learning a few slow movements of the form, step by step — no pressure to get it perfect, and you can rest or sit whenever you need to. What to wear: loose, comfortable clothing you can move in, and flat, flexible shoes (some studios practice in socks or bare feet). What to bring: water, and that's about it — there's no equipment to buy. Arrive a few minutes early to say hello to the instructor and mention it's your first class. It comes together faster than you'd think — most people feel far more at ease by their second or third visit.
