From the reviews
I gave them 5 stars two years ago, and I continue doing so. My mother had really intense back problems she was treating with a cocktail of drugs directed into her spine by a neurosurgeon doctor friend of ours.
As a female veteran I was refferred to Simply Aware thru an organization that helps veterans find care outside of the VA. After working solely online for a month I was given the opportunity to spend a week working in person with SIFU Fayne and SIFU Chris.
SimplyAware is Simply Amazing! I began attending "Fundamentals of Tai Chi/Qigong" in August 2024. After only 5 classes, I was able to focus on my posture, particularly when walking. In October, we went on a trip to Europe, strolling along cobblestone walkways and enjoying beautiful medieval and ancient buildings.
Sifu Chris and Fayne have changed my life. They have helped find peace , a sense of calm , a safe place , words can not express my gratitude. They have helped helped me overcome many life obstacles of health issues to regain independence of a health issue. So much to offer of wellness I just returned from a sound bath.
Your first tai chi class at SimplyAware
Nervous about walking into a tai chi class for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a gentle warm-up, then learning a few slow movements of the form, step by step — no pressure to get it perfect, and you can rest or sit whenever you need to. What to wear: loose, comfortable clothing you can move in, and flat, flexible shoes (some studios practice in socks or bare feet). What to bring: water, and that's about it — there's no equipment to buy. Arrive a few minutes early to say hello to the instructor and mention it's your first class. It comes together faster than you'd think — most people feel far more at ease by their second or third visit.
