From the reviews
I initially contacted Alex due to major depression, anxiety, and feeling stuck in life. Through different modalities such as Qi Gong and Emotional healing, I was able to recognize some limiting beliefs and begin to open up to restoring the energy field with my parents.
Alex is a unique specialist, he can create an intense field of relaxing energy. I like his sessions! As his client I felt it very well, and relaxing feelings and emotions stayed with me for many days after session. Very recommend him to solve your stressful situation as well.
Alex is a great reiki healer, he gives his best in teaching how to train your mind and body to heal. I got answers to many questions through his quantum constellation knowledge. His meditations are grounding and healing. He is very good at sensing energy shifts and his reiki sessions are absolutely the best!
Alex is an amazing healer and teacher. He is very dedicated, persistent and patient. He makes sure that his students fully understand the teachings before moving forward. He has a wonderful energy. I could feel him moving energy through me. It was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend him.
Your first tai chi class at Reiki Dome
Nervous about walking into a tai chi class for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a gentle warm-up, then learning a few slow movements of the form, step by step — no pressure to get it perfect, and you can rest or sit whenever you need to. What to wear: loose, comfortable clothing you can move in, and flat, flexible shoes (some studios practice in socks or bare feet). What to bring: water, and that's about it — there's no equipment to buy. Arrive a few minutes early to say hello to the instructor and mention it's your first class. It comes together faster than you'd think — most people feel far more at ease by their second or third visit.
