From the reviews

Working with Meagan was such a unique and wonderful experience. From the moment she began, there was an immediate sense of calm and peace that filled the space. Her presence alone is incredibly grounding, and the experience she created allowed everyone to slow down, be present, and truly connect.

★★★★★ — Christy, Jun 2026

I had a sound bath done with Meagan and I am so rejuvenated! First off, just being around Meagan lifts your spirits, her personality is amazing and you already start off getting fantastic vibes, but then the sound bath hits! I found it to be so therapeutic and guiding of my thoughts, emotions, energy.

★★★★★ — Tana, Jun 2025

Megan was amazing! Absolutely a perfect fit for our group. Amazing energy, great education and a real desire to see people win through the exploration of themselves.

★★★★★ — Michael, Aug 2025

The most wonderful healing environment that I have ever experienced! Meagan is so incredibly gifted and knowledgeable. My kids and I have seen her several times and every time we had lasting symptom relief and left feeling relaxed, aligned and at peace.

Your first tai chi class at Healing Thyme

Nervous about walking into a tai chi class for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a gentle warm-up, then learning a few slow movements of the form, step by step — no pressure to get it perfect, and you can rest or sit whenever you need to. What to wear: loose, comfortable clothing you can move in, and flat, flexible shoes (some studios practice in socks or bare feet). What to bring: water, and that's about it — there's no equipment to buy. Arrive a few minutes early to say hello to the instructor and mention it's your first class. It comes together faster than you'd think — most people feel far more at ease by their second or third visit.

Tai chi is gentle and low-impact, but it's still exercise, and the health notes here are general information, not medical advice. If you have any injuries or health concerns, mention them to the instructor before class, and check with your doctor before starting a new exercise program.
