From the reviews

As a fitness trainer, I tend to overwork myself from time to time, and I have found acupuncture to be my best healing solution. I have visited Greenwich Holistic Health numerous times over the years, and have been treated for various pain generating ailments associated with sports injuries.

★★★★★ — Annabelle, Mar 2016

I first experienced pain in my neck last summer. Soon, the pain spread to my upper back, and shoulder. Despite seeing a doctor, muscle relaxing medication, and months of PT, it got to the point where I had difficulty sleeping, driving, and walking. Just moving made the pain worse.

★★★★★ — Diane, Mar 2025

Donna change my life. I went to her for acupuncture and I came away with a whole new mind set on healthy living. I have always been really athletic but once life took over, I lost sight of how simple healthy living can be.

★★★★★ — Barbara, Jun 2016

I’ve worked with Donna Bunte off and on for years. She’s a touchstone I return to when I need and want some grounding nutritionally and otherwise. Donna is well versed, thoughtful, smart and easy about an approach to healthy living in all regards.

Your first tai chi class at Donna Bunte Whole Health

Nervous about walking into a tai chi class for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a gentle warm-up, then learning a few slow movements of the form, step by step — no pressure to get it perfect, and you can rest or sit whenever you need to. What to wear: loose, comfortable clothing you can move in, and flat, flexible shoes (some studios practice in socks or bare feet). What to bring: water, and that's about it — there's no equipment to buy. Arrive a few minutes early to say hello to the instructor and mention it's your first class. It comes together faster than you'd think — most people feel far more at ease by their second or third visit.

Tai chi is gentle and low-impact, but it's still exercise, and the health notes here are general information, not medical advice. If you have any injuries or health concerns, mention them to the instructor before class, and check with your doctor before starting a new exercise program.
