From the reviews
Jingui Qigong is awesome and Jeff is a great teacher. I have seen so many benefits from it like more energy, more strength, feeling generally happier, and being more confident. I was skeptical of energy work in general at first but I was blown away by how quickly I was able to feel energy and manipulate it.
I highly recommend Jeff’s approach to training for health and longevity. He brings wisdom and experience for whoever is looking for an authentic qi gong training system.
I’ve worked with Jeff a couple of times to clear old, clunky energy that was keeping me in a stuck pattern. I was immensely impressed by his calm demeanor, his attention to detail, and the positivity he imbues into the work.
Jeff and I met in Denver in 2010 early in our respective qigong journeys. Having studied and trained with Jeff for several years and then continuing as friends and qigong colleagues, I have witnessed firsthand Jeff's incredible dedication to both his personal and professional development.
Your first tai chi class at Centered Living: School for Qigong
Nervous about walking into a tai chi class for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a gentle warm-up, then learning a few slow movements of the form, step by step — no pressure to get it perfect, and you can rest or sit whenever you need to. What to wear: loose, comfortable clothing you can move in, and flat, flexible shoes (some studios practice in socks or bare feet). What to bring: water, and that's about it — there's no equipment to buy. Arrive a few minutes early to say hello to the instructor and mention it's your first class. It comes together faster than you'd think — most people feel far more at ease by their second or third visit.
