“– Luke is also a seasoned meditator, and has a deep relationship to some of the deeper Chinese arts (like Qigong and Taiji), which he brings this into his bodywork as well.”

“He helps me feel what he’s working on, and that ongoing growth of my internal body awareness is of great value to me, in addition to just feeling more relaxed after a massage.”
“He takes the time to explain what he is doing…and he’s not just a masseuse…he’s also willing to share qigong and taichi strategies for ways to improve your overall health.”
“Luke is a good massage therapist, but I’d say he’s a great deal more.”

From the reviews
Luke is a truly gifted healer. Just by being in his presence relaxes your nervous system. I can tell he takes really good care of his energy in order to do the work he does.
Luke is a good massage therapist, but I’d say he’s a great deal more. I love his massages, don’t get me wrong, but he integrates such an enormous amount of overall body knowledge into what he sees and does, it just feels… more wholesome.
Severe Back Pain Vanished I had severe back pan for over two years that interfered with my sleep and limited my movement. After an MRI and seeing a Neurologist, I was resigned to coping with the pain. When I couldn't cope with the pain I was going to get a shot in my spine to numb it or maybe have back surgery.
Amazing massage therapy and a fantastic therapist! I have struggled for the last 6 years with back pain in a specific location on my lower back. Luke Weiss from Beyond Body Healing Arts is the only massage therapist that has been able to alleviate that pain for a significant amount of time.
Your first tai chi class at Beyond Body Healing Arts
Nervous about walking into a tai chi class for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a gentle warm-up, then learning a few slow movements of the form, step by step — no pressure to get it perfect, and you can rest or sit whenever you need to. What to wear: loose, comfortable clothing you can move in, and flat, flexible shoes (some studios practice in socks or bare feet). What to bring: water, and that's about it — there's no equipment to buy. Arrive a few minutes early to say hello to the instructor and mention it's your first class. It comes together faster than you'd think — most people feel far more at ease by their second or third visit.
