From the reviews
I have tried three different teachers/classes at this yoga studio. The instructors were all compassionate, skilled and knowledgeable. They made adaptations and gave me alternative poses when I needed modifications. This is a judgement free zone.
Wonderful place for yoga! 🌟 I’ve participated in several classes and am impressed. Each instructor I’ve worked with so far is talented, well trained, compassionate and sincere. The studio is a clean, comfortable and safe space to practice. Upon leaving I feel relaxed, clear and grounded. Thank you for the experiences!
Wonderful center! The ambiance is calming and the equipment is in excellent condition. Raluca is beyond amazing. The pricing for classes is very affordable which is like a cherry on top 😁. Definitely recommend giving this yoga center a try, you won't regret it.
Lovely yoga room, with amazing teachers and staff. Dearborn is very fortunate to have this wonderful facility for healing and connection!
Your first tai chi class at Yoga at Henry Ford Health System Integrative Medicine
Nervous about walking into a tai chi class for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a gentle warm-up, then learning a few slow movements of the form, step by step — no pressure to get it perfect, and you can rest or sit whenever you need to. What to wear: loose, comfortable clothing you can move in, and flat, flexible shoes (some studios practice in socks or bare feet). What to bring: water, and that's about it — there's no equipment to buy. Arrive a few minutes early to say hello to the instructor and mention it's your first class. It comes together faster than you'd think — most people feel far more at ease by their second or third visit.
