Great Personal Trainer & Golf Conditioning Coach! I've been working with Grant for a little over a month now and I can say that his approach to training is awesome. He worked with me to ensure that he understood my personal goals and current fitness level.

I’ve been training with Leslie at the Conditioning Classroom for the last few months and she is GREAT. She and Dianne really took the time to get to know me and my goals, and put together a program that takes all aspects of my fitness and wellness, as well as my busy stressful life, into consideration.

Finding The Conditioning Classroom was the best thing to happen to myself and a friend, exercise wise, in this last year of trying to stay fit with COVID. These guys know what they're doing! The trainers at the conditioning classroom focus on WHY you want to be there- not on some "one size fits all" model of training. They've helped me reach MY goals of fat loss and muscle growth by fitting my training and diet with those goals.

Your first tai chi class at The Conditioning Classroom

Nervous about walking into a tai chi class for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a gentle warm-up, then learning a few slow movements of the form, step by step — no pressure to get it perfect, and you can rest or sit whenever you need to. What to wear: loose, comfortable clothing you can move in, and flat, flexible shoes (some studios practice in socks or bare feet). What to bring: water, and that's about it — there's no equipment to buy. Arrive a few minutes early to say hello to the instructor and mention it's your first class. It comes together faster than you'd think — most people feel far more at ease by their second or third visit.

Tai chi is gentle and low-impact, but it's still exercise, and the health notes here are general information, not medical advice. If you have any injuries or health concerns, mention them to the instructor before class, and check with your doctor before starting a new exercise program.
