From the reviews
I’m 83 years young and have been a student in Professor Ken’s class for 4 and 1/2 years now. He’s a great teacher with a wealth of experience, knowledge, ability and lengthy impressive background in Tai Chi and the Martial Arts.
I’ve been taking Tai Chi from Professor Ken for about 7 or 8 years, I’m 80 years old now and, after seeing it done by people of all ages in China and marveling at the beauty of it and the agility of the Chinese doing it no matter their age, I decided to try it. It has noticeably helped my balance.
I was looking for an instructor who shared the same philosophy as I do regarding T'ai Chi. Professor Ken is that instructor. His knowledge is exceptional. In addition to his excellent T'ai Chi training, his weapons training is invaluable. Whether you're experienced or a novice, I highly recommend his classes.
I recommend tai chi with professed Ken . I have been practicing tai chi with him for 5 years. It has really helped me get my balance and strength back in my legs seen I had both my knees replaced . Ands I really enjoy it and the people that attend his classes.
Your first tai chi class at T'ai Chi Complete
Nervous about walking into a tai chi class for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a gentle warm-up, then learning a few slow movements of the form, step by step — no pressure to get it perfect, and you can rest or sit whenever you need to. What to wear: loose, comfortable clothing you can move in, and flat, flexible shoes (some studios practice in socks or bare feet). What to bring: water, and that's about it — there's no equipment to buy. Arrive a few minutes early to say hello to the instructor and mention it's your first class. It comes together faster than you'd think — most people feel far more at ease by their second or third visit.
