I have never experienced PT like you get at Sozo's. Matt is amazing! Matt works on your problem areas and gets those muscles to relax. Matt is very knowledgeable. He shows you some exercises, makes sure you know how to do them and sends you home to do them.
The entire staff at Sozo Physical Therapy is super friendly, professional and focused on treating and supporting you on your road to better health. I have worked with Dr. Matt and Dr. Colin as well as Lori the massage therapist.
Dr Thomas and the wonderful team at Sozo PT have given me the results and hope of recovery from 9 months of shoulder pain & restrictive movement. This practice is by far the best experience I have had in many years! I highly recommend Sozo PT!
This is my first experience at Sozo Physical Therapy. I went there on a recommendation from a very good friend. Melissa Warren is my physical therapist and I couldn't be happier. She is very kind and I trust her and that's a mouth full. I have had PT before at many different places but this place is the best.
Your first tai chi class at Sozo Wellness + Theapy
Nervous about walking into a tai chi class for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a gentle warm-up, then learning a few slow movements of the form, step by step — no pressure to get it perfect, and you can rest or sit whenever you need to. What to wear: loose, comfortable clothing you can move in, and flat, flexible shoes (some studios practice in socks or bare feet). What to bring: water, and that's about it — there's no equipment to buy. Arrive a few minutes early to say hello to the instructor and mention it's your first class. It comes together faster than you'd think — most people feel far more at ease by their second or third visit.
