From the reviews
Raphaela is the answer for so many people! I first met Raphaela 3 years ago and after my first treatment I knew I was in safe hands. I felt so relaxed and had a wonderful nights sleep.
I am on a journey to discovering the many ways to communicate with my body. Since my retirement I have learned an enormous amount at my new “job” of taking care of myself. Raphaela was referred to me by my QiGong teacher. I have never heard of sound therapy.
I discovered Raphaela and her services more than a year ago when I was looking for ways to manage job stress, family, school and life balance. She was literally a God send for me.
I have undergone surgeries that have caused sensory nerve damage. I also have scoliosis. The sound work with Raphaela has increased my sensory nerve function and decreased the pain from the spinal curvature. I have experienced many types of energy work and find Raphaela to be a delightful, knowledgeable practitioner.
Your first tai chi class at Qi Gong Therapy and Sound Healing with Raphaela
Nervous about walking into a tai chi class for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a gentle warm-up, then learning a few slow movements of the form, step by step — no pressure to get it perfect, and you can rest or sit whenever you need to. What to wear: loose, comfortable clothing you can move in, and flat, flexible shoes (some studios practice in socks or bare feet). What to bring: water, and that's about it — there's no equipment to buy. Arrive a few minutes early to say hello to the instructor and mention it's your first class. It comes together faster than you'd think — most people feel far more at ease by their second or third visit.
