From the reviews
I have been seeing Dr. Duan regularly for a few years now, and her acupuncture treatments and personalized herbal remedies have made a remarkable difference in my health. She takes the time to listen patiently and truly cares about her patients’ well-being.
Dr. Duan is the best! She is nice, kind, polite, humble, and extremely knowledgeable in her profession. She addresses the root of problems and not just the symptoms. Dr.
Two weeks ago, I suddenly experienced neck pain. My neck couldn't move at all, and I couldn't lie down to sleep. It was very painful. I immediately called Dr. Duan to make an appointment, and she was very kind. She quickly gave me the earliest available time to see her. After seeing Dr.
I am a college basketball player and started going to acupuncture to treat my plantar fasciitis. Within 2 visits my foot pain had completely gone away. I now go to harmony regularly for maintenance on my body. Every time I am greeted with a pleasant and peaceful experience. I would highly recommend Harmony Acupuncture.
Your first tai chi class at Harmony Acupuncture & TCM
Nervous about walking into a tai chi class for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a gentle warm-up, then learning a few slow movements of the form, step by step — no pressure to get it perfect, and you can rest or sit whenever you need to. What to wear: loose, comfortable clothing you can move in, and flat, flexible shoes (some studios practice in socks or bare feet). What to bring: water, and that's about it — there's no equipment to buy. Arrive a few minutes early to say hello to the instructor and mention it's your first class. It comes together faster than you'd think — most people feel far more at ease by their second or third visit.
