From the reviews
Became a student of Sifu Nameer after floundering for years and trying to find an authentic Tai Chi teacher. have been his student for nearly ten years. His Tai Chi "lineage" is Yang-style, Long Form. He feeds and extends its impact through Sword Form and Fajing (sic), etc.
Tai Chi is fundamentally a healing practice, but paired with Nameer's grace, kindness, and teaching it's more than I ever imagined. I didn't know what to expect even after reading the website, but I figured I had more to gain than to lose. I was pleasantly surprised by the welcoming environment set by his students.
I've been a student of Nameer's for just over a year now, and I can't recommend his tutelage highly enough. He is a 7th generation Yang style master from the Montreal/Atlanta school (Yang Lu-ch’an > Yang Jianhou > Yang Ch’eng-fu > Chen Wei Ming > Lee Shiu-pak > Herb Goldberg > Nameer Kirma) who is absolutely committed…

While I have never participated in any type of martial art, I have found Nameer's instruction to be thorough and complete. He has helped me go from grasshopper to Master - no, just kidding.
Your first tai chi class at Good Spirit Tai Chi Chuan
Nervous about walking into a tai chi class for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a gentle warm-up, then learning a few slow movements of the form, step by step — no pressure to get it perfect, and you can rest or sit whenever you need to. What to wear: loose, comfortable clothing you can move in, and flat, flexible shoes (some studios practice in socks or bare feet). What to bring: water, and that's about it — there's no equipment to buy. Arrive a few minutes early to say hello to the instructor and mention it's your first class. It comes together faster than you'd think — most people feel far more at ease by their second or third visit.
