From the reviews
I've been a student at Full Circle Tai Chi since 2019. Before joining, I had no prior martial arts experience. From the beginner class to the intermediate class, and even the advanced classes I've observed, Sifu (the lead instructor) and the assistant instructors are friendly and very knowledgeable.
My wife and I were gifted some classes in 2020 and we're still going strong in 2022. Informal and friendly environment where the instructor (Sifu) and student teachers are patient and accommodating. We enjoy ourselves and are glad to have widened our circle of friends.
Very friendly atmosphere. Loving it!!Lots of attention to each student from the co- instructors. Also, affordable!
Knowledgeable and attentive teachers. They give great tips to remember and perfect technique. They are also good about telling you the reason for the movements. The warm up routine is very helpful for everyday too. Highly recommend.
Your first tai chi class at Full Circle Tai Chi
Nervous about walking into a tai chi class for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a gentle warm-up, then learning a few slow movements of the form, step by step — no pressure to get it perfect, and you can rest or sit whenever you need to. What to wear: loose, comfortable clothing you can move in, and flat, flexible shoes (some studios practice in socks or bare feet). What to bring: water, and that's about it — there's no equipment to buy. Arrive a few minutes early to say hello to the instructor and mention it's your first class. It comes together faster than you'd think — most people feel far more at ease by their second or third visit.
