From the reviews
Dragonfly Wellness Center is fantastic. The owners and staff are so warm and welcoming, and the studio space is very inviting. I've been attending yoga class with instructor Liz Wood, and she makes the session challenging and attainable for someone with my level of ability.
Absolutely love this place! They offer great classes & workshops for decent prices! They have something for everyone! & all of the instructors are lovely! You have to try a soundbite with Bindy!
Just got out of the sound bath session and let me say it was absolutely wonderful. Can’t wait to experience it again. Very relaxing and you leave with a positive energy. Kathleen was amazing!
Offerings are so varied; Yoga, reiki, mediumship, etc. Presenting so many options; in person or zoom. Great prices and environment. Very community oriented. As defined by their sign sponsoring a local Lions Club.
Your first tai chi class at Dragonfly Wellness Center
Nervous about walking into a tai chi class for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a gentle warm-up, then learning a few slow movements of the form, step by step — no pressure to get it perfect, and you can rest or sit whenever you need to. What to wear: loose, comfortable clothing you can move in, and flat, flexible shoes (some studios practice in socks or bare feet). What to bring: water, and that's about it — there's no equipment to buy. Arrive a few minutes early to say hello to the instructor and mention it's your first class. It comes together faster than you'd think — most people feel far more at ease by their second or third visit.
