From the reviews
I have regularly studied and practiced Qigong since 2002. I have studied with Debra for over 4 years now and feel she is one of the true teachers of Tao. She teaches others to live their truth by accessing source through their own hearts. She demonstrates this time and again and teaches through example.
I had the good fortune to have found Debra and her school of Qigong studies, Chi Wellness.. There are many of you out there who sense the shift in consciousness. Those who instinctively know there is wisdom reaching out to humanity from our ancient past.
I have been attending classes at Chi Wellness for over 4 years. Debra Lin Allen is a shining light in my world. I am so grateful to have found her in my quest for health and healing of myself and others. I have a Ph.
Chi Wellness and Debra Lin Allen have been a blessing to me. If you're ready to explore Qigong and the ancient art of Chinese healing, this is the place you need to be! Debra and the Chi Wellness community are patient, kind, welcoming and caring.
Your first tai chi class at Chi Wellness, The Center of Qigong
Nervous about walking into a tai chi class for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a gentle warm-up, then learning a few slow movements of the form, step by step — no pressure to get it perfect, and you can rest or sit whenever you need to. What to wear: loose, comfortable clothing you can move in, and flat, flexible shoes (some studios practice in socks or bare feet). What to bring: water, and that's about it — there's no equipment to buy. Arrive a few minutes early to say hello to the instructor and mention it's your first class. It comes together faster than you'd think — most people feel far more at ease by their second or third visit.
