Tai Chi fitness programs have been proven to benefit health, fitness and to reduce
stress. If your a youthful senior, busy professional or student of the martial arts
our programs can be adapted to any level based on the goals of the individual program.
In the early days of martial arts training, a Master Instructor imparted the history,
lineage and techniques of the martial arts in a very structured ritualised manner
that included blind adherence and obedience to the Master and Style. Disobedience,
questioning or a perceived lack of discipline resulted in immediate dismissal.
Lets face it, it’s the 21st century now!
This attitude is what allowed me to develop an integrative arts Tai Chi program
and teach it via DVD and video streaming. The video program incorporates everything
from a very basic level of low impact movements and breathing to a highly advanced
art form and means of self defence.

Master Peter Hill
Bio
Master Hill has travelled the world learning & teaching Tai Chi.
For the past 30 years, Master Hill has studied a vast array of martial arts including
Chinese Kenpo, Balintawak, Modern Arnis, WuShu, JuJitsu, Shaolin Arts, TaiChi, ChiGung,
Okinawan Tuite, Boxing, Jeet Kune Do and others as well as health therapies including
Touch for Health, Reflexology, Swedish, Myo, E.M.T., Chair, Trigger Point plus others.
Master Hill has also studied with some the world’s most diverse spiritual teachers
including Carlos Castaneda, Wallace Black Elk, Dannion Brinkley, Kwan SaiHung, Jose
Silva and more.
His unique G.E.T.I.T. ™ paradigm integrates diverse knowledge and systems that
often appear paradoxical. Yet he shows how the cultivation of real knowledge, power
and love promotes harmony within oneself and how that harmony ripples outward into
all the worlds and roles you navigate.
Master Hill’s workshops have been utilized by Rehab facilities including mental
health, substance abuse, cardio rehab, juvenile detention programs, national corporations
and agencies plus many more diverse groups wishing to team build and empower those
they serve.
Master Hill often takes students to China to train at the famous Beijing WuShu
Academy where Jet Li grew up along with tours to the Great Wall, Forbidden City and
more.
